Pre-applied membrane production line is designed and made to produce none bitumen based waterproofing membrane.This kind of membrane is composed of white polymer sheet （HDPE or PVC or TPO etc.）, gule, and weather resistant granular layer (or film) on the upper surface.
This production line is totally different than the others，the glue is waterbased and it’s very dilute cannot be coating by scraping.We made textured transfer rollers for coating, long heating tunnel for drying and severl fans for cooling. Depend on the viscidity of the water based paint, we can cover the upper surface with film or not.
