TPO coated metal panel is a composed of thermoplastic polyolefin(TPO) membrane and galvanized steel.
Production Process:
1.First, a laminating machine is used to composite TPO with double-sided hot-melt adhesive film, which is then wound into a roll.
2.The galvanized steel sheet is re-composited with the TPO that has been covered with the adhesive film in the previous step, and then rolled up.
3.The steel coil covered with TPO is extruded and formed by a corrugating machine, and then cut into pieces according to the required length.
