Pre-applied membrane production line is designed and made to produce none bitumen based waterproofing membrane。 This kind of membrane is composed of white polymer sheet （HDPE or PVC or TPO etc.）, gule, and weather resistant granular layer (or film) on the upper surface.
This production line is designed for normal pressure sensitive gule，this kind gule is hot melting, we offer two big hot melt heating boxes for gule supply and use die head scrape coating.
The upper surface above the gule can be granular layer or film, it’s depend on the different usage scenario.
